The region of Dux Milan has founded a regional newspaper, to be published in print and online editions this week. Regional founder Bradford John says he is "absolutely giddy" about the project and has appointed Mark Wheeling of Point Breeze to be the paper's Editor in Chief.
Stories will be collected from the news agencies of the nations of the region. Original authorship will be maintained, and respective national news agencies will remain ownership of the content of the articles.
In an interview, Wheeling stated "People want to have pride in their region, they want people to look at them and say, 'Now that's an awesome region,' and I think a regional publication is a great way in establishing that pride."

"This is an opportunity for all nations of Dux Milan to come together and share in the victories and hardships every nation experiences." Wheeling hopes to see a lot of external readership as well, with interregional delivery options already in place.
The paper will cover national and international events, sports, business, and technology news, as well as opinion, letter-to-the-editor, and other sections. "One of the more exciting developments is the offer I received from an author in Arsenioh," Wheeling said, "They agreed to write a short story for each issue. That's pretty unique in these kinds of publications, and I'm happy to have them on board."
The online edition is now available and print distribution is set to begin this Monday, with thousands of suscriber from each nation already signed up.
