. Okay, I'll be honest, I mostly made this thread because I was curious about Austrur's motto "ఇందివిసిబిలిటర్ అక్ ఇంసేపరబిలిటర్" but some of the other nations in our region have some pretty nice mottos as well (and in different languages!). I suppose I'll start, since I have an Empire, and my Nation's name is JesusGotDaBooty (so sorry about how sacreligious it is xD), my motto is "All Hail the Booty" for obvious reasons xD So does your motto have any deep philosophical meaning, or is it just obvious like mine?  |

I made mine have some meaning in danish and/or norwegian using google translate. It supposed to be "Brothers of the Homeland, stand together against the cold", reflecting Gaedish weather and it's culture of brotherhood and patriotism. However, putting it in to google translate makes it sound weird.

I'm an Indian-American (my parents, though US citizens now, were both born over in India), and I've recently become quite interested in learning Telugu properly (one of the South Indian languages). I'm also quite fascinated with European monarchies (hence the Habsburgs in Austrur); my motto is just the Habsburg motto - "Indivisibiliter ac Inseparabiliter" - directly transliterated into Telugu.

The Evergreen Republic's motto is Unus dux pro totus....Latin for "one leader for all." In case anyone was wondering where the "Dux" in Dux Milan came from, the mystery is now solved. My motto was "Unity, Peace, Hope," as I envisioned these to be the highest values in my nation. |

Yes, Dux is a Latin for leader and Milan is Latin for laborious....Dux Milan = Laborious Leaders

My motto is "It's too bad stupidity isn't painful." It's a quote from the founder of LaVeyan Satanism, Anton LaVey. The meaning is pretty obvious, lol.
