Unless I am mistaken, we are waiting on one last nation to ratify this compact. With the assumption that they too will ratify this compact, I move that we tentatively proceed ahead as if the Compact has been ratified, while we wait on that last vote. Waiting further without doing anything may spark some inactivity.

Loedenmark has communicated to me, via private telegram, that his nation has ratified the Dux Milan Compact. Motion to ratify the Compact is so moved and, upon unanimous vote from the aforementioned active founding nations of Dux Milan, the Compact is ratified. Congratulations! We just ratified a Constitution!
This thread will be locked and the Constitution will only be amended through future legislation. I will, however, add the founding nations to ratify the document at the bottom. Each nation here truly is the building blocks of Dux Milan. Thank you for your participation and see you at the polls!
