A new raider region has been founded, and has begun operations against many smaller regions.
According to Nationstates Aggregated News story posted December 3, 2013, Caesar's Republic is a new invader region hoping to restore the glory of the mythological ancient Roman Empire. Investigation shows Caesar's Republic has a population of 50 nations, and their flag currently flies over numerous other regions, including The British Central Forces and The Empire of Rome.
Their regional factbook directs visitors to the nation of "Teritus Roma" for a list of conquered regions, but further investigation shows that region ceased to exist just yesterday, with around 600 million residents.
It is unclear whether this region will continue to grow, but there are no embassies with established raider regions. Of particular concern, however, is their embassy with The Commonwealth of Crowns, which has also established an embassy with The UDL, and other defender-aligned groups.
