Land Mass was founded by former CEO of TRR Media Corporation, The Church of Satan on November 21, 2013. Although I enjoyed my time in The Rejected Realms, especially in TRR Media, I wasn't quite satisfied. I felt as if I had not yet reached my full potential. So what better way to reach your full potential than to lead your own region? So, taking the values and beliefs gained from my time in The Rejected Realms, I resigned from my officer position and created Land Mass. We are a defender region that is run democratically. It's only been a few weeks, but already I feel I am doing more leading our resident nations in the constant fight against oppression and tyranny than I did simply following orders at The Rejected Realms.
Land Mass is open to most cultures, with the exception of those found commonly offensive, such as Nazi nations. The nations of Land Mass vary in culture, belief and government, but we all believe in our right to exist without fear of invasion. To sum up the entirety of Land Mass in just a few words, I would say is an impossible feat. All I can say is to experience it yourself.
More than just an introduction to the region, allow me to introduce you to myself. My nation is The High Order of The Church of Satan. You may be thinking "Church of Satan!? Why on Earth!?" Well, it's quite simple really. I myself am a LaVeyan Satanist, so I thought I would have my nation's theme fit my beliefs. Rest assured though, this isn't the old-style Satanism you might be thinking of. There's no ritual sacrifice or worship of devils/demons. The very thought of their existence is preposterous. The Church of Satan is a real organization, founded by Anton LaVey, who created LaVeyan Satanism and established The Church of Satan in 1966. Enough about that though.
My nation is lead by Magus L. Since the existence of the nation, he has ruled over The Church of Satan as the "Eternal Leader." Through a complicated cloning process, he remains in power indefinitely. The nation was founded when a group of 5 million escaped religious persecution and founded their own place, where they could live as they wanted to. Over the last 1000 years, the population has grown to over 1 billion people. Naturally, we are a fiercely militant people and value self-preservation above all things. So of course Law & Order, Defense and Arms Manufacturing are top priority. The national language is English, although we encourage others to preserve their native cultures if they immigrated to us.
Every region has a right to safety, security and thrive without the threat of invasion.
